With over three decades of experience in the insurance services industry, Dee serves with passion and purpose for each advisor she works with.

Having analyzed producers' operations, met with their staff, and coached them through their darkest hours, Dee believes in celebrating advisors and their successes. As a Business Consultant and seasoned financial services professional, Dee believes in the power of partnerships built upon trust, communication, and mutual respect. She has helped hundreds of advisors to build thriving and profitable practices. In addition to her insurance license, Dee holds a Series 7, and has earned her FIC, FICF, CLTC, and RICP designations.

Sam Payne

Over the last 40 years Sam has built and sold an agency from the ground up, transitioned to a district manager and wholesaler, and started his own investment advisory practice. His real-world knowledge and experience position him perfectly as a Business Consultant.

Today Sam works with new and experienced agents and advisors to achieve similar success. Sam focuses on building competence and confidence with the advisors he works with, allowing them to work hard by choice, not by necessity, and have the freedom to do what they want when they want.

As a lifelong learner, Sam leverages his current Investment Advisory practice experience together with a lifetime of knowledge as he works with existing financial planners and advisors to help them achieve their goals. Bruce Beaty

Bruce Beaty has served in the financial services industry since 1996 when he started creating financial plans for families and businesses.

While his passion is inspiring success and shaping the businesses of advisors and agencies nationwide, he maintains a footprint in the retail space as well. Bruce has both insurance and IAR capabilities and is an active advisor with Madison Avenue Securities. He believes that personal growth is just as important as business growth. Bruce currently holds a CLU, ChFC, RICP and an MBA and he uses his experience and knowledge to partner with Advisors in all walks of life from “new to the industry” to the “very elite advisor” to develop and execute their business plans and achieve their goals.

Jay Spence

Jay joined the Asset Marketing Services team in January 2024 as a Business Consultant. He has an extensive insurance and financial planning background going back over 25 years.

Starting at his father's agency, Jay cut his teeth firstly in the health insurance market and quickly learned about the value of cross-selling different types of products. Subsequently he became well versed in life, annuities and LTC.

When the agency was sold in 2003, Jay then became Regional Sales Director for American Community Mutual. His role was to oversee health, life, and annuity sales in nine states. In 2011 Jay then went on to work for National Western Life. There he wore many hats; first a wholesaler, then managing the internal sales team. At the end of his tenure there he was head of training and business development.

Chris Wood

Chris Wood brings a unique blend of life experience, education, and dedication to the financial services arena. With over a decade spent as a police officer in Dallas, Texas, Chris transitioned to the world of finance over five years ago.

In that time, Chris got to work gaining industry knowledge by obtaining his life insurance license, Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS) designation, and his Series 65 securities license. Continuing his passion for learning and to better serve his advisors, Chris is actively pursuing his RICP designation, while also building his own investment advisory practice.

Chris approaches his role as an Associate Business Consultant, as a problem solver with a servant's heart. Chris is committed to helping advisors reach their fullest potential, seeking the most cost-effective and efficient business practices available in the marketplace. Leveraging his relationships with financial advisors across the country affords Chris the ability to provide top notch consulting, helping advisors achieve their goals and grow their practice into one they envision and deserve.
